Uh, hi, everyone!! I'm Danni, and I'm new to Cape and Cowl but I have been stalking it for a while.

I bring you Travis Touchdown, lightsaber-toting assassin, creepy fanboy, and star of the video game No More Heroes! I apologize in advance--the City's a pretty confusing place, and when Travis gets confused, he likes to curse at or attempt to stab ( Read more... )

Hello, Danni, and welcome to C&C! I'm olesia, and I play Ruka from Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's, which is the one about card games on motorcycles.

I hope you have a lot of fun here!

Nice to meet you, Olesia, and thanks!
I knew there was another Yu-Gi-Oh series, but...how do you play Duel Monsters on a motorcycle? o_o

VERY CAREFULLY.

Also, with lots of crashes. lots of crashes. Most of the main characters have been hospitalized after crashing during "riding duels." It's pretty fantastic!

Ruka remains the only main character who hasn't been hospitalized (or needed it) due to receiving injuries while playing a card game.

It's a terribly dangerous hobby XD

Yep! Jack crashed, got a head injury and either broke/sprained/dislocated/pulled something in his arm; Yuusei crashed at high speed and flipped a few times, had to have surgery to pull shrapnel out of his stomach; Crow broke a couple ribs. For duels that weren't even on motorcycles, Aki's duel wound up damaging a building and she got hit by debris and went into a 24-hour coma; Rua, who got chained up and flung around by someone with psychic powers while playing a card game, got a concussion and was locked in what looked like a hospital room for a while.

This isn't even counting the dude who can throw fireballs, or the duel where people got repeatedly electrocuted.
