HURK I LOST MY ORIGINAL POST

ANYWAY

Decepticon Filter

Justification: Starscream and Shockwave are former-robot scientists; Soundawve is a former-robot communications officer/canon hacker; GLaDOS is a technopath. This is probably one of the most unhackable filters in the game (ie, only genuine technopaths can get in, and even then they have to get through GLaDOS first. Basically, Mouse can see this.)

Coalition Filter NOT ACTUALLY THE ELE GUYS I SWEAR

Justification: created by Starscream; specifically designed to allow other users (ie, the Major) to have the same level of security as he himself uses.

Wingboy Filter

As of 6/24/09:

02 Duo Maxwell/Shinigami hellraiser02
03 Trowa Barton/Nanashi unnamed_nothing
04 Quatre Raberba Winner/Sandrock heartofsandrock

(subject to change with the addition/removal of characters to/from the game)

Justification: Duo is a high-level hacker (the best on his team) capable of easily hacking top-notch military and a famous genius engineer's security encryptions. Setting up a filter like this shouldn't be much of a problem for him. This filter is probably only hackable to technopaths and people proficient in very high-level technology (i.e. Mouse, Oracle, Starscream, and Tony Stark.)

Question: What does permavid mean, in a video post?

Short for "permanent (use of) video." It means that, for the thread or post in question, that specific character is using the video function only for the entire post/thread, (until specified differently). Similarly, "permavoice" refers to consistent audio-only, and "permatext" for text-only.

These statements only apply to the character that initiates them; that is, if the original poster of an entry has the setting as 'permavid,' it does not mean that all characters replying to them are using video. Other characters can use whatever settings they choose, so it's not uncommon to see one end of a conversation using "permavid" and the other side using "permatext."
