GANGS OF NEW YORK! I MEAN, THE CITY...
So, Ryan mentioned yesterday or the day before (I've been working, time is relative) some stuff about gangs and territories and trying to get a feel on who claimed what on plurk. This got some wheels turning in my head and I thought it would be nifty for everyone from drug dealers/underworld type characters, to the police cast, to the heroes, to have some kind of map for the City's underworld. Granted, this is probably something that would have to be redone maybe 2-4 times a year, just to keep it updated with who's been ported in and out, but I think it's feasible. Also, as Ali has told people I really like maps.
ALL THAT BEING SAID, I would love for this post to generate some discussion about which characters have claimed what sections of the City. Keep in mind, areas like Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx are really big so it's possible that more than one crime lord can be active. Better yet, who doesn't love a gang war? Look at that chance for epic shootouts and CR there.

Gang name: with whom they're affiliated and the leader if they are not in charge
Territory: area(s) of the city they claim as their turf
Known activities: criminal activities undertaken by their gang (or independently if public)
Enemy: do they or their gang have a known enemy (hero, vigilante, other gangs)?
