RYAN here bringing in my second dude
for those of you unfamiliar he is a marvel villain called BULLSEYE and he throws things and never misses. ever. it's like all he does, pretty much, besides killing daredevil's girlfriends. here is some more info on him, if you are so inclined!
for those of you familiar with him, he is coming in from shadowland 1, after arriving in hell's kitchen but before engaging the hand at their fortress so he's looking snazzy in his old costume again and feeling super good about things (until the psych meds withdrawal kicks in oops).
IMPORTANT!! i have a permissions post here which would be great if you guys could take a look at it, especially if you don't want bullseye interacting with your character.
ALSO like a bajillion years ago bullseye and black mask (neither of which i played) were kinda sorta buddies and there are probably only a handful of people who know about that left but to avoid selfcest i'd prefer to keep that factoid on the dl in game as much as possible.
