winter carnival?

Someone anonymously suggested a get-together for a bunch of the kid characters ( original thread here) and then the idea was suggested to have some sort of winter carnival gathering for all the child imPorts. Basically, this post is to gauge interest/brainstorm further, and hopefully come up with a way to make this awesome CR idea happen!

Also, whoever suggested this idea, I love you. This is an adorable idea and I really hope to see something amazing come of it!
