It's still Peter Parker. From my (admittedly very limited) understanding of the rules there is only one version of a character allowed unless there was a mistake/fluke.

I kinda liked the Clone Saga, to be honest. I thought his Scarlet Spider costume was awesome. Now I think it pretty much looks stupid.
