Moving on! This is M'gann M'orzz aka Megan Morse or Miss Martian. If you hadn't guessed by now, she's a Martian. From Mars. Nowhere near Pigfarts, sadly. Her canon is the DC Animated series "Young Justice" (taking place on Earth 16), and she's from after episode 10, called Targets. In her world, she's the Martian Manhunter's niece, and she's actually a green Martian unlike her comic counterpart. Unless the series is trolling me, in which case I will flip a shit and many tables.
