I know it's a bit late in coming, but he's finally adjusted/situated himself in the City and hasss finally decided to lift his own personal ban on using his mutation on others. Now that he's pretty sure he's not gonna get jumped from every corner (lolironywhat).
Anyway, please comment there for my own future reference if you would or would not like Charles to be able to read your character's mind (or do other crazy things)!
