Informant Filter Update and other cop stuff
Hey everyone, Jesse here breaking in the new discussion tag with a bit of cop stuff. Jack just invited Maggie Mui onto the police informant filter, and I thought I should check if anyone else wanted to get their characters in on that.
This two-way filter is one of the police force's tools for sharing and receiving sensitive information with the City's crimefighting community. Superheroes and private eyes are selected for this filter based on how well-established, well-connected, accomplished, and upstanding they are: picture a sliding scale with Superman at the ideal end and Frank Castle at the 'oh god no never' end. The police still communicate publicly with the larger Import community and work with superheroes generally, but the filter is supposed to allow discussion of sensitive matters while removing bottlenecks created by privately messaging individuals. The idea is that each trustworthy name on the list connects to a community of other heroes they can call on- the police ask Batman to look for a kidnap victim, Batman mobilizes his many allies and associates to aid in the case as needed, then discusses his findings with all cops instead of just phoning one officer. The current filter consists of the following:

Batimus Prime
Other business: I just remembered that the police have a tank lying around. It was built by Agatha Heterodyne for Sentinel Prime. It is completely awesome, but has been without an operator ever since Sentinel left. CURRENT COPCAST MEMBERS: DOES ANYONE WANT A TANK? If not: does anyone have ideas for cool stuff to do with a tank?
Finally, the police force's Import roster and wanted list is here if anything needs to be updated there, and the blotter is here for updating cops on cases they might want to look at.
