IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO THIS IS, JUST BE AWARE SHE IS MADE OF SPARKLES AND SMILEYFACES AND SINGS WITH ANIMALS AND LOVES EVERYONE AND HAS NEVER BEEN ANGRY AT ANYTHING EVER!
Aside from chatting with animals she also comes in with the power to spark spontaneous musical numbers on the street like so. WHICH MEANS THAT YOUR CHARACTER COULD WIND UP SINGING AND DANCING WITH HER AT SOME POINT.
