All the heroes trying to interfere with this killing business post to Attempted Rescues. This is the only thread Delirium will probably respond to directly. The folks who are into the torture business head to the Death thread. The Morning After thread is for the cops and any heroes wishing to assist them in investigating the case. Our lovely NPCs are Mary and Edward, do with them as you like.
