Scott was the type of guy that planned out what he was going to wear a week in advance, so if Scatty thought he wouldn't know when she should feed, she was mistaken. She was his friend and he wasn't going to let her go on like that for very long. He wouldn't offer himself to feed on, not while Emma was here, but he could encourage her to go find someone else.
Which was why he was at her place now, to make sure that she didn't go much longer without feeding. Plus, she had obviously been bothered by something else, asking him if he thought she should have given him compensation for letting her feed on him.
