Months of being in this City, and tonight he was feeling the pangs of homesickness strongly enough that he couldn't be in the apartment anymore. The sight of Hiruma and Kid only reminded him of the fact that there was no one else, and despite the constant waves of new imPorts, not one of his friends from home had arrived. At this point, he'd be more than willing to put up with a beating from Megu, if only she'd just show up.
Irritated at his own melancholy thoughts, he'd left Hell Towers and found himself indulging in a different kind of training than he used to back home. He didn't get as much of a workout, but the payoff left him feeling just as accomplished.
And here he was. Standing on the wall of a cathedral, just a few meters from the top, his horizontal form invisible to the people passing by as he focused on blending into the stone beneath him. Occasionally his image would shimmer and fade as his thoughts wandered, flicking his butterfly knife open and closed with his left hand idly.
