It was a beautiful day outside. The sun was shining, birds chirping, giant black spindles turning...
Well, it was beautiful except for the last bit. But that didn't matter because it wasn't bothering Hiei one way or another. He was perched in a tree in the park, enjoying a mid-afternoon nap toasty and warm thanks to a good deal of practice at regulating his modified flame abilities.
It was a peaceful scene--but would it last for long?
