Gar hadn't made grandiose plans for the weekend, and so he was spending an ample amount of time working on his good superhero karma. He'd washed his uniform this morning and headed out just before sun-down, panning the City for any suspicious-looking activity.
Two and a half hours in, he hadn't run into diddly. When the City decided to calm down, it apparently really decided to calm down. He needed to figure out how to get in on some ongoing scheme or grand adventure. Thinking like that, though... He'd probably jinx it.
When his arms were starting to feel sore, he settled atop a seedy-looking movie theater to take a breather and look out for anything funny that might be going on.
