It's getting very cold outside, but Garth doesn't really mind. He's used to harder conditions when he's underwater. Despite the temperature, though, this day has turned out to be a pretty dry one. To everyone's curiosity (and weirded-out...ness), Garth finds a fountain and starts splashing his hands into it, leaning over the stone border.
