It's a clear, crisp autumn afternoon, sunny, but not hot. Roy loves this weather, with the leaves turning red and gold and the birds flying off to the south in ragged Vs.
He's currently waiting on the street corner, waiting for Rikki. He still doesn't have a uniform, but his identity is pretty obvious, considering that he's got a domino mask as well as a longbow and a quiver full of arrows.
