[The City's on fire, and people need saving!]

[Once he sees the fire, Guy's in there, getting down and dirty and pulling people out of wreckage. It's crazy and it's dirty and there are people screaming... and he's smiling like a maniac. Because this is what he does. He's not a big thinker and he's not a big planner, but goddamnit, when push comes to shove, Guy Gardner is the one you call to get things done.

He notices the panicked-looking kid flying through the wreckage and swoops down, ringing up a couple of green elephants to help remove wreckage and shield the people below from falling embers]

Hey there kid! Need a hand?

[The glowing green elephants trumpet and trot over to start helping Bakura move things around. Shortly after, Guy lands on the ground, glowing faintly green and looking much fresher than Bakura. He gives the other 'hero' a look over and frowns slightly, but doesn't comment on the injuries. He's had himself in worse condition before over relatively smaller things. A little singeing never really hurt anyone.]

You're the kid who got Marvel's powers, right? You can fly and all that?

[By this time, the car is righted and the family starts crawling out, looking battered, but otherwise okay.]

[Guy gives him a short, sharp nod.]

Okay. You figured out all of them yet? Looks like you got the strength, but what about the speed and the flight and the rest?

[His ring is pinging quietly at him, alerting him of all sorts of hazards happening around, but he needs to know if this kid is going to have his back or if he needs to be protected before he moves forward. (Not that this stops him from ringing a couple or green grizzly bears into life to help the elephants dig people out and smother fires.)]

[Bakura's determined, but Guy's not sure he trusts him to the air quite yet. After a moment, he smiles grimly.]

Alright then, let's get to it kid.

[He gestures to his elephants and they trumpet brightly, finishing their jobs with efficiency.]

You stick to the ground and look for the little details. Hands waving, people needing to be pulled out. I'll go up high and try to take in the big picture. Look for falling buildings or people trapped higher up. That sound good to you?

[ Rocketing through the sky, Tony had been one of the first on the scene, already pulling random civilians from the fires and pulling explosive materials out of harms way, before placing them out of the fires. His weaponry wasn't as much use as his speed, and he was already practically skating across the concrete when a car flew (maybe from another explosion) out of nowhere, and he turned to catch it. ]

[American Son is on the scene. It's his first action scene and it's a big one with fire and explosions and people in danger. American Son's flight is shaky, but he flies to the flying car to grab the bumper when he realizes someone is on the other end of the car.]

Iron Man?

[His voice is electronic and strange to hear out in the madness, but it's unmistakable that Iron Man is holding the car steady.]

[ The impassive face of the Iron Man Mask peeks out from the car. There are very few people who have such an electronic voice, and unless Rhodes suddenly shows up in the city, he wasn't expecting help from someone who would have it. He's surprised behind the mask, but just nods at Harry. ]

American Son. Good to see you're out here helping to keep the peace.

[ It's simple, and short, and he holds the car calmly. Augmented strength is pretty nice. ]

[Harry has to remember that Tony can't see his face behind this helmet and his expression--eyebrows raised and mouth open.]

That's what we're here for.

[American Son remarks, because dammit, he knows his dad is a good guy.]

[ He wants to roll his eyes, but holding the car is kind of more important than an invisible sign of frustration, and he just nods. ]

Of course.

[ He replies neutrally. He doesn't believe that Osborn's Avengers are good guys, of course, but he's going to keep things pleasant for now. He can play the PR line, and he's willing to do so only until he has enough evidence to ruin the other team. ]

What are your stats on that suit?

[American Son wiggles the car, tee hee.]

Uhhh, I can go Mach 8.

[ Tony takes the car quite easily, holding it by the front. He almost rolls his eyes. Ever since he made those upgrades, it seemed like everyone can go Mach 8. If he wasn't laughing, he'd be crying. ]

Flight, then. I see your father has been busy.

[ Very neutral. ]
