Completely covered in black, Karla ghosted silently through the City. She had been feeling rather bored lately and missing Italy. Flying there was no problem, but she didn't want to just stay in a hotel the entire time. She wanted her own place, but Italian villas were expensive and Norman didn't pay her nearly enough to afford one. Sometimes, you just had to go into business for yourself.
This "tragedy" with the power swapping gave her the perfect opportunity. If people thought she didn't have her abilities, it lessened the chance of getting in trouble if someone doing the things she could was seen committing a crime.
So, she had opted for the criminals old standby of all black. She had bound her chest so that she didn't appear quite so well endowed (which was damned uncomfortable) and made sure to tuck her hair inside her mask. Not an inch of skin was showing and she had one of those nifty devices you could stick on your throat that would change the pitch of her voice. There was no way in hell she was going to get caught.
Phasing through the wall of a jewelery store, she went right to the safe, blasting it open and grabbing up the small bag of diamonds inside. Flying upwards she smashed through the roof and headed towards her next target. A few more stops and she would have her villa.
[ooc: I realize that Karla's phasing powers make no sense. She can't phase other objects, but she always seems able to phase her clothing. So, IDK. Also, feel free to assume these are two separate jewel heists that happened the same way.]>
