The moon is bright and full tonight. For the first time in the several weeks he has been in this city, Goliath has a sense of hope. He had felt isolated, lurking around and doing what he could to protect this home that did not belong to him, but he had not realized the extent of his lonesome discontent until he heard the voice of Elisa Maza over his communicator.
Likely Owen Burnett heard this as well. He can only hope the man has better things to do now than interfere in their affairs.
The rooftop he has chosen allows a great view of the city - nothing like Wyvern's view atop Xanatos' tower, but it should help someone new to the city gain their bearings. It also keeps him distant from the people he has yet to trust. And... the setting is familiar enough to grant him a sense of homecoming with Elisa.
Elisa... whose kiss was the last thing he remembered before waking up from the stone sleep here. Which may be why there's something more than the usual warmth brewing within him at the thought of her. Which is why the thought that the "porter" has extracted them from differing points in their time together is evermore distressing.
Still... it is Elisa. The usual warmth will be welcomed, even if it is nothing more.
