SUMMARY: Ol' Skyfire takes a moment out of a hectic day to sit and feed some ducks.

It's been hard. Really hard.
More so than Skyfire cares to admit. He refuses to let himself flounder in light of his situation. He'd immediately gone looking for a job. The local transport company seemed fairly keep on hiring him. He was capable of driving competently (he'd piloted ships, anyway)and of course, reliable and even tempered.
There was really no way he could refuse, anyway. They had even offered him an advance on his pay, and right now, he needed it. So.
He'd start tomorrow. File his paperwork and...
Become a bus driver.
Not a glamorous job, but it's money.
After redeeming his advance, Sky took to the grocery store. After asking some of the locals for suggestions, he'd come out with two bags full of a variety of interesting foods. No doubt he will later examine each one meticulously.
Sinking down to rest on a park bench, the former shuttle takes a moment to breathe. He's been so busy trying to get his life sorted out, he's hardly taken a moment for himself.
Ducks paddle through a nearby pond, and the flier watches them with intense fascination. Reaching into one of the bags, he produces a bag of bird feed. He'd seen a couple do this on his way to the store...
Carefully, he takes a handful of the feed and tosses it on the ground at his feet. Almost instantly the ducks are scooting across the water and waddling up the shore to snatch up the food.
He smiles.
Oh.
A few more handfuls and it's more than ducks. There are a few pigeons, too.
Ten minutes later the bot is surrounded by, and covered in, an assortment of ducks, pigeons, crows and even a bluejay. And oh he looks utterly pleased. This is highly enjoyable.
