SUMMARY: Pokemon Battle! An exhibition battle between 2 Gym Leaders for anyone curious about Pokemon to attend, for the purposes of education.

She had said she'd be there.

And she was going to be there! She wanted to see Volkner's pokeyman! And maybe there were other pokeymans too.

So. It had taken her a while to find the gym (plus she had stopped to grab something to eat on the way), but (hopefully) she had gotten there before the match started. She wanted to see Volker in person, too. He seemed nice.

(Plus this was a good distraction. She tried not to be upset about Pearly being gone - she knew Pearly was better off at home. But she missed her little cousin already. And it had only been a day. )

She approached the gym, taking a look around. It was... big. And didn't really look like a gym. But then again, maybe this was a gym for pokeymans, so...

She entered slowly.

The first spectator was approaching- Sabrina could sense her from the moment she stepped on the premises. When Maya entered, Sabrina was shrouded in shadow on the far end of the Gym, sitting still- Maya probably wouldn't have even noticed her. Suddenly a set of eyes was aglow, and Sabrina drifted off of her throne, using telekinesis to float herself across the Gym floor to meet Maya a few feet away.

"Welcome. I am Sabrina, the leader of this Gym. Feel free to have a seat in the stands," she said quietly, looking at Maya with some consideration.

Then, hearing it off of the top of Maya's mind, she mentioned, "Volkner has not yet arrived. But I am sure he will arrive soon."

"Hey! I'm here!" Calvin yelled as he ran inside. "Did they already start fighting? I didn't miss anything, did I?" He was even more wound up than usual, because Holy geez monster fight with lightning and psychic powers! There just weren't any better ways to waste time than this. Heck, this could even be better than television!

Ken slowly walked into the arena wearing his school uniform. A somewhat curious look in his blue eyes curious to watch the event as Wormmon sat perched on his shoulder. He offered Sabrina a subtle nod of respect as he walked into the gym.

"Nice to see you Sabrina" he said.

Ken had heard quite a bit about Pokemon battles from Sabrina but found the concept to be rather... odd.

Wormmon however seemed very excited, holding up homemade pennant in his arms waving it into the air.

"Yaaaaaaaaaay! Go Alakazam!" Wormmon cheered.

Sabrina smiled, nodding a hello to Ken. "Hello. It is nice to see you." It would be interesting to show him exactly how different their worlds were, or how similar.

She gave Wormmon an appreciative look, eyeing his pennant. "Alakazam thanks you. He will be doing his best, of course."

Juston shuffled his feat as he walked in wearing a red workshirt and a pair of khaki colored summer shorts. The teenage boy smiling a bit at the somewhat remodeled gym, a far cry from the frightening maze he found himself trapped in the first time he was here.

But that was a long time ago and Juston had long learned to trust and respect Sabrina, strange though she may seem. Beside it would have seemed rude not to come practically living next door to the gym.

"Hi Sabrina" the boy said. "Nice to see you."
