Two weeks. Shockwave had been transported in two weeks ago, and still hadn't gotten around to fully researching the layout of the City. There had been other matters that had taken priority within his process- no. Within his mind. Reading the comm, figuring out who was who, what was known, list of powers, what kind of people, basics. Most importantly researching the human body. The experiments that he could continue to work on, would not have the same effect they would back home. Not with an organic body anyways. So he was branching out, expanding his knowledge.

Well, in between adjusting to his new body. The constant need to refuel was...distracting, but not something he wasn't used to. Still he had just solved the energy problem, and reverting back to this was far from favorable

This is an excellent step, he believes. And quietly, he's glad that it's being considered. Although Starscream's competence is consistently under question, Soundwave is somewhat relieved that this meeting is taking place. Allying with GLaDOS will come with much potential.

She is gifted with a very, very lucky ability indeed, and her intentions are complimentary to the Decepticon cause.

It should work out.

Soundwave enters silently, far more quiet than usual -- under his discretion. He's still learning how to perfect his abilities, but muting sounds comes easier than anything else right now. As he steps inside, he isn't quite looking where he's going, idly typing away at his hand held device

By now GLaDOS has learned that an agile body -- a mobile one -- has its uses. True, there were drawbacks, but such would be the case with any modification; she felt confident now, however, that the positives in this instance outweighed the negatives. What she had told Starscream was true, there was a question of optimization when human tissue and other organics had limits that things such as metal did not -- but as it stood, in this body, she was free to move around the City in whichever way and fashion she desired
