SUMMARY: The Avengers finally have that long awaited meeting!

Steve had taken the day off, to clear his head. He had too, even if the City still needed him. It needed the Avengers more. He knew that if he kept doing this all on his own, he's ware himself out. He'd be useless if the next crisis came. But a part of him, it just wanted his family back. A family that he was sure, he'd never actually have again. But while that ate him up inside, so did watching the City around him fall apart. Piece by little piece. It was time to put an end to all of that.
He didn't want this to look like a gathering of friends. Because it wasn't. It was a team meeting. Those who showed up, he would choice his Avengers from. He hoped that the Avengers in the City came for the call, but that hope was small. He'd spent most of the time down in the basement meeting room. Adjusting the angles of the monitors, and punching up the various security cams for the manor. He'd made sure their were extra chair, just in case more than five showed up. But all in all, the room resembled the meeting room at the old manor.
It was breaking his heart. But he wasn't going to let any of that show. His face was set in stone as he headed upstairs. He'd wait by the door for any who arrived.
