He didn't particularly want to give them up. After all, there was a lot he hadn't been able to do. A lot of experiments he still wanted to try. Hell, the kids ORGANS moved. On their own. When he was passed out. If there's something more fuck-awesome than that out there, Roman wants to know it, and he wants to know it now.
But Selina had no doubt received his message by now, so it was time to give his gesture of good faith. Or his warning. They all knew it was him, no doubt. Well, maybe some doubt. But Selina, ever the suspicious bitch, certainly knew, and Black Mask was getting tired of not being able to own up to his good work. His own very good work, if he does say so himself.
He made the Titan brat kill kids. He cut out the Organ Moving kid's tongue...and watched it grow back before feeding it to him. The Good Doc had donated more fingers than anyone should ever have. And Roman wanted people to know this.
So he piled them, bound, bleeding, and, he hoped, pitifully broken, into another stolen car. He didn't take a ride with them, leaving a lackey to dump them in three separate places around the City. They'd might be found and saved....or they wouldn't be, and maybe they'd die. Roman wasn't particularly concerned anymore.
