SUMMARY: Envy and Greed THROW DOWN and certain heroes become involved.

They say that blood is thicker than water; that filial bonds are the ones that cut the deepest when severed, and that no man, however strong he is, can walk away from killing his own brother unscarred. Greed is one of a family of seven, and the second eldest brother at that. Though he is a homunculus by nature, the man that he was still lingers somewhere underneath it all, and in the back of his mouth what is about to happen leaves nothing but a sour, acidic taste.
He may boast and strut, and he may scream that he cares differently, but the truth of the matter is that Greed does not like what is about to happen. Destroying Envy, or even threatening to harm the brat may leave him without an ally. He will lose something he once had, all because the thrice-damned idiot wouldn't let him assert dominance.
The irony of it all was laughable. More humorous still was the look on Envy's face when they met, all hard lines counterposed against his satin-smooth countenance.
"I'll kill you, you fucking piece of shit."
Greed laughs, and cracks his neck to the side. Part of him will enjoy taking that victory away from Envy, and another part weeps at how much damamge he's about to do to his brother. There were simply so many dichotomies involved.
"I ain't plannin' on goin' quietly, Env. Let's do this."
And so, it went.
