Thundercracker wasn't in the best of moods at first, either. Only the discovery of alcohol has managed to alleviate the general sense of frustrated anger that's bubbling inside him. He knows its counterproductive, but there it is. So he's glad to be coming to an alcohol vendor.

He has no idea what's suitable to go out in, and his loose, downbeat clothing attests to that, although he is sporting a hat. So that's... something.

It doesn't take him long to pick her out of the crowd. He gives her a nod, then stops at the bar for a minute, before heading her way and carrying two greenish drinks in fancy glassware.

"You must try alcohol," is his greeting. "They call this an 'appletini.' It's... good-tasting."

The vocabulary of taste hasn't seeped in yet.

Blackarachnia made a face as she watched Thundercracker. What was he wearing? Seriously going out in clothing like that. Someone was going to have to help him with human clothing. She might not have been much of an expert on human fashion but she knew enough.

As he made his way over with the drinks she forced a more pleasant expression onto her face. Unfortunately it didn't last long as she eyed the drink. In her mind nothing should be green unless it was a green vegetable.

"If you say so." she said with an air of disbelief, taking it from him. Of course she changed her mind the moment she took a sip from it. "Hmm...not bad." She took another sip before setting the glass down and turning her attention to Thundercracker.

"First off I have a couple questions. You're from Starscream's world...dimension, whatever, right?"

He just shrugs.

"Maybe. If there is such an infinite array of alternate universes being stolen from here, it's possible we're just from similar worlds. I hadn't heard anything about him going missing before I was taken, but I'm not always kept in the loop, either. But it seems like I know him well enough. A bit less insufferable so far, actually. Maybe humanity has humbled him a bit."

His appletini is finished relatively quickly.

She nods. "Is there...an Elita where you're from?" This had been bothering her since she went over the post made during the 'porter glitch. Starscream had been surprised to find out who she used to be. She wanted to know more but had been too busy to ask him about it.

Maybe it's there for his own support as much as hers. Or maybe drunks get touchy-feely.

"Huh. Yeah. I guess a big mutant half-organic spider mech with that angry hissing... thing... you do... could spook a mech or three," he says with a grin as they approach the complex.

Possibly a little of both. Blackarachnia would fall under the being more of the touchy-feely type right then.

She had to laugh at his comment where as she probaly would have attacked him if she were sober.

Drunk attacks are often a different sort of attack altogether.

"So. Here's the big hostage farm," he says of the MAC. "Where are you in this thing?"

His hand slides subconsciously to her hip. Something about the feel of her clothing is... pleasing.

Humans shells are strangely sensitive to "touch."

"The fourteenth floor." she replied offhandedly, shifting a little closer to him in response to his hand on her hip.

She never let anyone just touch her, doing so often lead to getting bit but in her current state it felt kind of nice. Of course, should his hand move any lower Thundercracker would find Blackarachnia's fangs digging in to poison him.
