Walking around places was really just something that Percy did, and after the events of New Year... well, yeah, okay, it wasn't exactly the most picture-esque of places to walk around anymore, but it was still the City. Still some kind of resemblance of home.
So, he walks about, enjoying the cool air, and just... looking at stuff, Yeah, he wishes there was a better way to phrase it but it's not like it's sight-seeing, he's lived here all his life. Well, not here-here, but ... Man, he needs to try to get all of this sorted properly in his head because he's even confusing himself now.
