Even with a scarf wrapped neatly around her, the cold air still manages to sneak down her neck, causing her to shudder briefly as she pushes open the door to the restaurant with one gloved hand. The temperature difference in the building gets her to shudder one last time before she begins to feel the heat.
She informs the hostess she's meeting someone and immediately is gestured toward the table Matt is at. After a brief thanks, she makes her way forward. If there's anything she isn't accustomed to, it's people apologizing to her -- for anything. She didn't want anything in particular from Matt either. However, he was adamant about seeing his apology through and she figured she would give him the chance.
"Hope you weren't waiting long," she says as she reaches the table.
