WHO: The Avengers! Tag yoselves in!! WHERE: The Avengers mansion! WHEN: December 4th. WARNINGS: Holiday cheer!!!! SUMMARY: That big decorating open log. Meg wrote this.,.. FORMAT: Quick!
[ Bob's at a table full of crafts, making Christmas cards. He's carefully drawing a little smiling Santa Hulk with pencil, watercolors and glitter and scissors and other materials strewn around him. Uh, still in costume, although he's got paint on his fingers. ]
[Thor's somewhat aimlessly wandering around with a big mug of something that is no doubt alcoholic, but he comes right over when he spots Bob, leaning over his shoulder to see what he's doing:]
[Thor just replies with a nonspecific "hmmm!" before picking up a card and flipping it over, as if contemplating making one.
And he looks at the paint, and looks at Bob's, and drops it again. Nope. So he goes back to leaning into Bob's workspace, probably totally getting in the way of the light like an annoying person.]
Thank you. [ Slathers some green paint on. He missed drawing... although he looks disappointed for a moment that Thor doesn't join him. He points at one of the blank cards. ]
[Bangs his mug on the table in LET'S DO THIS emphasis, which causes apple cider to splash all over a few blank cards OOPS. He stares at them for a second (HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN) and shuffles them into a splashy-card pile, a little sheepish.]
My apologies.
[Aaand carefully moves his drink to the edge of the table.]
[He looks at the paints and...picks up a pencil. And stares at the card. And stares at Bob's card. And looks at the tree. He has no idea what he's doing.]
[He's just drawing, for about half a minute, and the card turns into a crude and simplistic--but pretty accurate, from a certain point of view--skyline of the city. He just looks at it for a second, unimpressed but not particularly unhappy about it, and sets his pencil down.
...And goes back to watching Bob's card. DONE NOW.]

'Tis the Hulk!

Hi Thor. I thought um -- he would be the most recognizable on an Avengers Christmas card.

A good likeness.

Don't apologize, I can fix them later. It's easy, see? [ He picks one up and the stain fades away under his touch. ]

But this is supposed to be some sort of party, so, remembering himself, Thor smiles, and takes the card.]
Wondrous strange! This shall be mine.

What's going to be on your card?

I have no skill for this.--New York, mayhap.
