Commercial vessel, forty-some crew, volatile cargo blasting a dooming hole below deck, taking water fast. Coast Guard was responding, but a pair of helicopters dropping lines one by one wasn't going to cut it, especially with the temperature of the water.

Rescuing sailors? He could probably handle that. A construct platform here, a bit of pulling out shrapnel there...Yeah. He could do that. Just like any other disaster he'd been in on, only wetter. Reconfiguring for water weight wasn't going to be much of a problem for Mr. High-Tech Alien AI to be sure; Scarab was all confidence.
With just a dash of faux-boredom, just for sport.
