Hank and Amanda didn't always get as much personal time together as they wanted, considering they were both a bit of workaholics, and both in rather big, important jobs. So when they did get it, it was to be valued. Not in the 'we need to go out on some big, bombastic date to make up for the time lost' sense, but more that just spending time together was important.
So Amanda came in, glad to be done with work for the day, because she was growing more and more fond of the idea of 'time off'.
"Hey, honey." She said, quite pleasant, as well as pleased. Pulling off her coat and looking for her man.
