Matt was still tired from the weekend, and he wasn't such a fan of Halloween, as it usually brought out the worst in people. It gave hoodlums a free pass to wreak havoc and cause mayhem. But he cared far too much for Terezi's feelings to upset the girl. They'd bonded too much for him to deny her some pleasure in a post-Halloween candy quest. And when she'd showed up at his office with a fuzzy dragon cape for him to wear, grinning in her devilish way, he found it almost impossible to tell her no. This was why he was now wearing said cape, frowning in an amused way with a bowl of Milky Way bars, waiting for her eager little friends to arrive so that their night of terror and merriment could begin.
