( its nearing the evening, and clint is in costume and making his way through a few back alleys. a few weeks of recon in the city, and he already knew some of the best places to find someone to hit--it was a pretty good deal. sure, it had been a bit awkward the first few times when he threw a punch and a guy's face blossomed with purple [and not a bruise, either], but hey, he was getting used to. he didn't really care whether the crooks were.
he was heading in one direction when he saw something out of the corner of his eye. someone, actually. and someone familiar. he was already following before he realized he'd made the decision to do so. )
