BALLROOM BLITZ (CHARITY BALL)
WHO: ANYONE PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE BALL PLUS AUCTION WINNERS
WHERE: a fancy, ritzy hotel in the nicer areas of the city!
WHEN: Saturday the 24th, 7:30pm and onwards
WARNINGS: stuff will probably happen.
SUMMARY: the much anticipated ball is finally here! see all the imPorts and various NPC guests wearing the snazziest of gowns and suits as they talk, dance, and mingle all for the sake of charity. who knows what will happen tonight! it could be ~magic~ for some, but ~disaster~ for others!

[with murders happening left and right, the imPorted citizens of the City need a bit of a breather for at least one night. and what better way to ignore one's troubles than by dancing the night away?
auction winners and their dates will meet each other for the first time here, and what happens after is up to them. those that donated so graciously to the event will be gifted with free alcohol and food, with a goodie bag as a sort of incentive. within the goodie bag is a small crystal animal and a certificate that certifies they've donated graciously to the cause.
as for everyone else, their attendance is warmly received and they'll find their treatment no different than how the auction winners and their dates are treated. the ball room is large and spacious, looking like it belongs in a sort of fairy-tale novel. the band is playing live music that's soothing and perfect for slow dances. servers carrying drinks and appetizers walk around, while there's a bar for ordering drinks and a seating arrangement set to the side for sit-down dinners.
for those that tire of frivolous dancing and drinking, there's a balcony for people to catch some fresh air, a lobby with some sofas and some cushiony seating arrangements, as well as a garden out back that can easily be accessed for a nightly stroll if the balcony is not enough for fresh air.
the kid's room is less lavish, but they too have access to a balcony, and if they find the right door they can sneak out to the garden. but the children have been put under subtle scrutiny, and spiking the punch is near impossible when there's someone serving it. the kid's set up is more resembling of a prom, and the room is a bit less spacious,there's a dj instead of a live band. imPorts of the age 17 and younger are set to party here.
while the adults can stay as long as they want (though by one it's recommended they start to filter out), the kid's have a curfew of eleven, so make the most of your time).
