[Ladd goes on walks almost daily, mostly because the future is still a very strange place to him. There's so much movement and noise then there used to be, from the cars to the phones to the screams of pain--

Oh, that one is new! And also a little exciting for Ladd. It's been a while since he's heard a scream that perfectly earwrenching. He walks down the alleyway towards the scene, hands in trouser pockets as if he were strolling in a park and not heading towards the scene of a brutal beating.]

Gee, that is some beating you're giving him, kid! You got any reason to be picking on this guy? Because what you're doing doesn't seem particularly nice to me!

[Gamzee whips his head toward Ladd the second he catches that gee. He slams a foot down on his victim, making sure the man can't scramble away while he figures out how to deal with this strange man.

The casual walk reminds Gamzee of someone, a man he'd known who'd disappeared on him a little too soon. Despite the man's questions showing that he wasn't like Tyki it does make Gamzee decide that the man at least deserves an answer before he prepares to beat him for his heroics that he was sure were going to come soon.]

This motherfucker's at being an annoying fucker who's gotten in on being rude at my ownself's religion and he's a mother fucker who's at stepping out of his ownself's place. Thinking that's what's at being a fuckin' good reason to get at beating a motherfucker.

[Ladd takes a quick look at the juggalo currently sprawled over the floor, with a face of mild interest. He can tell that the strange kid in clown makeup has certainly planned on giving him a beating, but there's something not right about this.]

You tryin' to kill him or just beat him? Because you certainly ain't swinging that club in the right place if you want to give him a proper beating.
