[Santo actually cleaned the place up for guests, which is far more than he usually does around the place. There's cake and ice cream and a place to put presents and oh yeah booze.]

[Marceline kind of hovers underneath the bottom of the window, then pops up into Santo's grill with a hideous flappy lizardface. AND NOBODY WAS SURPRISED.]

[Also she has some kind of bag slung over her shoulder, which presumably contains his gift! It used to be red and is now some kind of dingy grey. As she's reverting back to normal with some obnoxious laughter, she shrugs.]

[Laura had failed in her attempts to figure out what to get Santo, and the end result had been a birthday card with a wise-cracking duck on it, and a gift card inside for Gamestop. When there was a chance moment, she offered the card out to happen.]
