Juvia had lamented not being able to use her powers to the fullest, and recently, she was finally given the chance - though the circumstances were horrific. Evacuating and saving people, holding back the massive tidal waves that threatened to surge took quite the toll on her, and yet... When it was all over, she felt elated, fulfilled, seeing fellow people not unlike herself come together to do what only they could.
It also left her exhausted, to the point where she slept for a few days straight. Now that she was back in the City, and feeling her magic replenish itself, she couldn't stand just sitting idle; but she couldn't push herself too much, either.
And so, she found herself returning to the park, doing something she had first done on a whim that had now become routine, though the crowds she was gathering made her nervous. But it was fun, to see who could succeed in finding her day after day, and all the smiles on everyone's faces.
Every and any fountain became her personal stage, and a playground to others. She would raise it in walls, have it fall like rain in slow motion, and sometimes make little globes or any various shape for others to play around with. It was mainly exercise, and a way to pass the time, but it was enough to keep the rain clouds that plagued her otherwise at bay.
