[ with signature grimdark aura, Rose is flying up to the roof top, coming down in that huge black storm. ah. so that's azula.

she's seems barely older than herself.

nonetheless and translator in ear, Rose lands before her, grimdark aura thinning out ]

Hello, Rose. Welcome.

[She had watched the decent with interest, the haze around the girl something new. Something to be observed. She gave a small inclination of her head and gestured towards the roof door.]

Shall we?

Mmn.

[ Rose used to be wordy. she's not so much now. either way, she's floating after her, scarves trailing out and toes skimming the floor ]

[Azula walked slowly, making sure to be able to keep the girl in the corner of her eye as they went.]

An innate ability, or could that be one of the gifted 'powers' I've heard so much about?

[A small beat, a good deal of the sweetness gone from her tone.]

Repeatedly.

[ raising an eyebrow a little, but the glowing eyes help in not giving away much expression. ]

It's not entirely innate, but it's not something caused by the Porter.

How mysterious. Is hovering all you do?

[And there's the door down back into the building.]

[ just continuing to follow after her ]

I utilize magic. I do believe hovering falls under that.

Anything does. The limitation would be in the user.

[And sweeter again.]

I would imagine.

No, I don't think so.

[ shrugging her shoulders slightly ]

Are you familiar with magic?

Kinds.

[Whether she actually believes in Ty Lee's aura reading is another story...but that's besides the point as she lets herself into the apartment.]

But the true effectiveness of all things relies on the capability of the tool to perform it, not in the thing itself.

A computer is only as intelligent as its user.

[ a small quirk of her lips and she enters as well ]

Sure.

[Azula sounds mildly annoyed, the comment bringing quickly to mind the reason for this whole meeting. The ridiculous levels of technology this world had achieved in place developing it's own styles of bending and magic.]

Let's see how you manage in that area, shall we?

Mmn.

[ Rose is already seating herself on a chair, whipping out her communicator and holding it up ]

How capable are you with it?

An amateur.

[Despite her lessons earlier, she still wasn't making any grand claims. And she wanted to see it all over again anyway, in case the man had been attempting to deceive her in some manner.

Azula took her own seat next to Rose.]

Take me through it as though I knew nothing.
