[ Andy went through the trouble of making reservations, because even if this isn't a ~date~ it's a thing of some sort that maybe will turn into a date in Andy's wildest hopes and dreams. He's not optimistic, though, and he's dressed nicely (in non-clashing colors, even!) but appropriately for a friend-date as it were. At least the restaurant is supposed to be nice, though. At least Harley didn't leave the City forever, also. Even if that is way selfish of him to think, which is why he's thinking it and not saying it.
Thank goodness he's early, otherwise he might actually say all the stupid stuff he's thinking about and not saying. Small miracles! ]
