[This is one of those nights when Nina wakes up from a bad dream. This occurrence has increased since she went to Gemma's London re-creation, an episode she has trouble remembering in the first place. She makes the way from her room to the kitchen, walking past the living room in the darkness. She's turned to the sink when she turns on the light and reaches for a glass, pouring water into it. She's only half-way through when she turns around to lean against the counter with her eyes closed.]

SORRY, SORRY I'M OFF HIATUS NOW ;_;

[She almost tenses up at the first sign of sound, but catches herself and stills. This is Terry's place, after all. It's either him, or the new roommate. She's composed and casual by the time the light flicks on, and-- oh. Well, it's not Terry.

She takes a couple seconds to stand still and simply observe, pleased to take advantage of Nina's obvious obliviousness. She looks normal enough. Wonder what her power is.

Eventually:] Hi.

[Nina smacks her glass against the counter and chokes on the last bit of her drink with a startled jump, staring back at Carrie in a total shock. Her tone is just as assertive as it is terrified.]

Who are you?

[Well, no screaming. That means it's a pretty good reaction, as far as Carrie's concerned. She cocks her head, aims a cheery smile over.]

Robin. [and here's where it would be perfectly polite to explain what she's doing here, why, how, all that. so, of course, she doesn't.] Nina, right?
