WHO: Seras and Open
WHEN: Monday night.
WHERE: All around the city.
WARNINGS: None yet.
SUMMARY: Seras is out on her patrol route keeping the peace and watching out for any remaining vampires from the Major's most recent stunt. I.E. it's been forever since I've done an open post with her and I figured this would be an easy excuse for one.
FORMAT: Para to start after that whatever you feel like.
It felt like it had been forever since Seras had had a chance to walk her beat, what with all of chaos from the Major and all the other creeps. While it might not seem important to others it was to her. It was part of her duties and she wasn't going to slack off just because there wasn't some import disaster involved. Also now that she was a sergeant she needed to set a good example. Captain Bauer wouldn't expect any less of her and she did not intend to let him down so she'd set tonight aside to go out and patrol.
Walking down the street she did her best to smile to any civilians she passed as she followed her route through the city. Taking one of the patrol cars would have been faster, but she wanted to be on foot tonight just in case she ran into any of the Major's vampires. She didn't want to risk losing them because she had to waste time getting out of a vehicle, or worse end up driving right by an alley where they were attacking someone because she was going too fast to see it. Besides it couldn't hurt the department's image any for the city's citizens to see the police's only vampire cop out protecting them.
Plus it was a beautiful night and it would be a shame to be cooped up in a car for all of it.
