SUMMARY: The Kaiser's Plan at conquering the city is unraveling rapidly. Sabrina confronts him. Meanwhile Juston and the missing students could use some help.

This was his moment, his triumphant hour. After weeks... no months of planning the city was effectively his. In just a moment he was going to command his mindless pawns to go out into the city handing out the dark rings. He was sure he could have control of the town by dawn.
Yet for perhaps the first time the young villain was insecure. The heroes had somehow figured out his true age. They had mocked him. The Kaiser was fuming with rage his eyes wincing as he looked upon one of his security feeds. He saw Juston had somehow managed to break his ring. Succeeding after an earlier attempt to break free. He raised an eyebrow readying his whip. So angry was the boy emperor that he didn't notice the sound of two figured teleporting into the room.
