SUMMARY: Christmas is over, so it's time to beat up new friends

Helena alternated between pacing across the floor of the converted garage and taking a few practice kicks and punches at the bag she had suspended from the ceiling. She wasn't nervous for the fight, it was just a spar, but she had a lot of pent up energy from looking forward to it.
Combing that with the complications of the holidays and she had a lot of excess energy to burn that wouldn't serve her well in the spar. She had talked to her mom about this guy to find out what she was capable of so with Selina's intel she at least wasn't going into it blind.
Besides, the guy had seemed nice enough, so maybe she'd actually have a good time.
