When Donna had finally finished up her work at Cranston Consultations, happy with it that she could now go out for a few hours, she met Rose at the chip shop they had visited once before. Paying for both orders of chips, Donna handed the man behind the counter the appropriate number of dollar bills in exchange for two bundles wrapped in newspaper.
Turning her back on the counter and focusing her attention on Rose, she gave the blonde one bundle of chips, saying as she did so, "And they're on me, mind. So, don't go thinkin' you have to pay me back, all right?"
