SUMMARY: Boyd and his newest employee discuss business.
FORMAT: Paragraph
Boyd had arrived early and was settled in at his table, sipping iced tea and watching the people on the street walk by. He wasn't sure yet what to make of Mr. Reaver. The man was either exactly what he said he was, or a very skilled charmer. Not that it mattered which. Both would give the man the skills required to excel in the position Boyd had chosen to place him in that wasn't being questioned. What did concern him was if Reaver would prove himself trustworthy, or at least greedy enough to engage in less legitimate activities. Boyd wasn't going to count on it, but if that did turn out to be the case, well, there were always a few special projects he needed someone to look after.
It wouldn't be the first time one of his employees had surprised him.
