[The Hollow shudders awake, uncurling and sticking his head above his sheets. He groggily looks over at a digital clock on a desk nearby. 3:05 AM.
The fuck is he awake.
Shiro groans and goes through his checklist of reasons for waking up. Was there a sound? Not that he knows of. Is Killinator in his face? No, she's at the foot of his bed. Is he hungry? No more than usual, his stomach isn't nagging him. Does he have to take a piss? No, he's empty.
Wait, he knows what it is.
It's fucking cold. When did it get so fucking cold?! He groans a little and debates his options.
And of course, Shiro being Shiro and not a more rational being, what does he do? Does he go and turn up the heat? Does he go and grab another blanket?

He slides down from his bunk like a ghost and quickly scrambles to the end of Ichigo's bed, where he untucks the sheets and blanket from the end of the lower bunk bed and crawls under them completely.
