As much as panic has been manifesting itself around the city, it's still ... wide enough to make the problem avoidable. At least it seemed that way when he stepped out. Being contained in his room isn't one of his favorite past times; he's spent too much of his life simply limited to that.
Of course, he knows he has to be careful. Kaworu is very well aware of his body's limitations, especially in a place where he has lost access to the necessary precautions... so he has made a point of avoiding physical conflict at all costs. Still, it's already showing signs of deficiency... WAT DO
