WHO: The Spider-children, legitimate or not. May Parker/Spider-Girl, Gerry Drew/Spider-Man, and Reilly Tyne/Darkdevil if he feels like it.
WHERE: The roof a of the MAC.
WHEN: Shortly after Gerry's intro post last night.
WARNINGS: Superheros acting like the bickering children they are?
SUMMARY: Gerry arrives and Spider-Girl goes to welcome 'Spider-Man' into the neighborhood. Probably with her angry voice. Darkdevil may or may not appear to make a bad situation worse for her.
FORMAT: Para to start, then whatever.
It was her luck, wasn’t it? The porter had a whole world of people to pick from back home to bring to her: American Dream, Stinger, J2, Normie…but did she get any of those? Oh, no. No, no, no. Instead she got Aftershock, Darkdevil, and now, to put some icing on the cake, the spider-fanboy pre snapping out of it. She knew she’d lied to her parents recently and hadn’t eaten her vegetables when she was younger but, come on now. Really? Was this really necessary? Not that having Reilly around had been all bad, but, still. It was the principle of the thing…
Nothing to do about it. Gerry was here and, through logical jumps May didn’t really understand but couldn’t question, that made him part of her responsibility. Not like there were that many other spider-people left to keep an eye on him, after all. Just plenty of spider-squashes. She climbed up to the roof of the MAC in her new costume to meet with him. Luckily she could make the thing look like her old one enough that at least probably wouldn’t have to deal with that conversation from the worlds most irritating fan. The artificial spider legs on the back were new, but what could she do.
She swung over, up onto the ledge of the roof with a bitten back sigh.
“Hello hello, anyone home?”
