There was plenty of debris on the ground, now; he had taken a break from destroying the building one way only to go smashing it up by another.

Godzilla picked up a thick chunk of concrete and steel, hefting it in his hands and growling. There was one advantage to this form, perhaps--his arms were longer. He could throw things better this way.

To demonstrate his gratitude for that, he hurled the object through the nearest of the large windows, watching with vicious satisfaction as it shattered, the pieces glittering briefly in the moonlight as they fell. The thin wood cross-frame that had held the panes in place dangled, broken, like a skeleton.

He sounded a bellow of triumph; another chunk from the ground, another window gone.

Starscream managed to not faceplant as he landed, but only just barely, ending up in a crouch.

"Friend of yours?" he asked, dryly.

What he was hearing reminded him uncomfortably of Grimlock, which brought back all sorts of memories of getting his tailfins handed to him. If this went badly, he was probably going to just cut and run.

He could not see the figure on the top of the building either, but he immediately recognized the distinctive speech pattern. He stopped in his destruction just long enough to think about how likely it might be that Waspinator was here to try and kill him--which didn't seem like it would be very probable at all.

Still, Godzilla stomped farther back from the building, so that the creature couldn't drop anything on him from above--and heard the faint hint of another voice. It wasn't one he knew.

"What thing on roof with Waspinator? Is more human?" he demanded, crouching slightly, preparing for the possibility that one had tagged along with the Predacon.

"No, I'm not human," Starscream said, pretty much after Waspinator had spoken. He really didn't want this thing mad at him, whatever it was, and so it was probably best to not make it angry.

He didn't actually follow Waspinator to the ground, preferring to stay up on the roof. At least until the... zilla-bot? ... resumed trying to blow it up.

It was fascinating, actually. Here was a rampaging - well, it looked human, but it was probably like he and Waspinator, a non-human transformed into a human by the Porter. What its original race or species was Starscream had no idea, though he got the feeling that it wasn't a Transformer. But anyway, here was a rampaging creature, and Waspinator had actually managed to talk it down.

Maybe the little buzz-bot was more useful than Starscream had given him credit for.
